Lusk
This home in Rangiora was designed around a strong butterfly monopitch roof form, creating a distinctive profile while keeping the overall look clean and simple. Warm timber cladding softens the contemporary lines, while generous glazing brings plenty of natural light into the living spaces and opens the home out to the deck and backyard. The result is a modern family home with plenty of character and an easy connection between inside and out.
About
Vertical timber cladding brings warmth and texture to the exterior, balanced by crisp plaster finishes and dark joinery. Large windows and glazed doors have been used throughout to bring plenty of natural light into the home and create a strong connection with the outdoor living areas. The result is a practical, modern home with a relaxed feel, thoughtful detailing and plenty of character.
